SUMMARY

The EB range of bollards are the preferred bollard on many retails parks.

These attractive and practical fixed bollards have a high strength galvanized steel core and consist of a rugged, self coloured casing sleeve, made from medium density polyethylene MDPE*. If the sleeve is damaged it can be easily replaced without any of the associated costly ground works.
EB100, EB200 & DDA100 are available ragged for casting in, flanged for bolting down or removable. EB300& EB400 are available ragged for casting in only.

The DDA100 is based on the popular EB100 and is fully compliant with BS 8300:2001.

Sleeve
Sleeve has a durable textured finish and is UV stable and weather resistant.
Standard colour black, other colours to order.
Self adhesive bands available extra.
MDPE is an easily re-cyclable material.
Core
Steel core is 1220mm long overall.
Ragged version 400mm below ground.
114mm diameter.
3mm wall thickness.
Galvanised.
Can be filled with concrete on site for extra strength.
Removable
Removable Version is used with a ground socket.
Lockable by padlock (sold seperately).
Removable sleeve includes steel core inside.

EB300 includes 3x 25mm bands.

Either 470mm or 670mm below ground depending on installation requirements.
90mm diameter.
3mm wall thickness.
Galvanised finish.
Can be filled with concrete on site for extra strength.

The unique design allows the option of having the bollards either 1000mm or 1200mm above ground.

INSTALLATION - EB100, EB200 & DDA100

To be cast into concrete ground, minimum of 400mm deep by 300mm square.
Fixing spikes ensure stable casting into concrete. Polyethylene sleeve fits over steel core.
Allen key is required to tighten steel clamp to fix sleeve to core.

INSTALLATION - EB300 & EB400

To be cast into concrete, minimum 500mm deep by 300mm square for the 1200mm above ground version
To be cast into concrete, minimum 700mm deep by 300mm square for the 1000mm above ground version.
Fixing spikes ensure stable casting in to concrete. Polyethylene sleeve fits over steel core and is embeded into the ground.
