Autopa have recently exhibited at the Security Live exhibition, Leeds. Security Live is Britain's largest physical security exhibition, that brings together most of the leading security manufacturers and distributors of security products and services under one roof in the Royal Armouries' Saviles Hall.
Autopa exhibited a variety of products including a range of new security posts that will be launched early 2008.
You can also see Autopa at the MLA Expo, between 30th May - 1st June 2008 at the international centre, Telford.
New Canterbury cycle shelter popular with Schools - posted 23 October 2007
Autopa Ltd has recently supplied a Canterbury cycle shelter to Lawdale School in London. The school were looking for a shelter for pupils to place their bikes during the day.
The Canterbury cycle shelter is free-standing for all locations, robust and made of galvanised steel tube (Galvanising to BS EN ISO 1461). Roof options include galvanised, galvanised and plastisol colour coated, or a 10mm twin walled clear polycarbonate finish. The Canterbury main bay will accommodate up to eight bikes with Sheffield style stands, extension bays are available for larger quantities of bikes.

Autopa working with Lidl - posted 10 August 2007
Autopa Ltd have been working with Lidl UK GmbH to supply a wide range of access control solutions at various sites around the UK.
Manual swing gates have been specified for many Lidl sites, to provide extra site security and prevent unauthorized access when necessary. Height restrictors are also a popular product with Lidl, used for preventing access to high sided vehicles.
The picture shows the most recent installation of a double manual swing gate with central locking at Bridgend Retail Park in Cardiff. Double swing gates were an ideal solution to span the 8m road width at this site.
Autopa Barriers more Popular than ever - posted 03 August 2007
Autopa Ltd has recently installed two AU automatic arm barriers at Kingfisher Lakes, Warmwell in Dorset. Kingfisher lakes are a new development of luxury lodges developed by Parkdean Holidays that are currently for sale as holiday accommodation.
Kingfisher Lakes offers 24 hour security and the developers chose Autopa’s AU barrier as the most suitable solution for controlling vehicular access on to the grounds.
Both barriers have a 4.5m boom along with pogo sticks for support to alleviate the need for a catchpost. The operating system chosen was a swipe card system with free exit.
